Spa Pass: Available from May 2025 through April 2026. A Spa Pass includes all the amenities of a standard day pass, with a few relaxing upgrades. Exclusively for guests 18 and older, this enhanced experience grants access to the tranquil spa facilities, including the wet area, indoor pool, halotherapy room, sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi, all thoughtfully designed to help you unwind and recharge during your port day. Please note that spa treatments are not included with this pass.

TAXI service is readily available at the cruise port. Taxi drivers accept Euros and credit card only. Most only accept Visa or Mastercard. The resort is located about 5 min taxi ride from the cruise port or a 15 min walk. We recommend heading back to the ship 2 hours prior to your schedule cruise ship departure.

Reservations are made online, immediately after purchase, your Resort for a Day pass opens for you to print out and bring with you. Not ready to print? You will also receive an email confirmation of your order and your passes can be accessed from there as well. Printed passes and your cruise line issued ID are required upon check-in at the resort.  Please note that spa treatments are not included with this pass and the spa pass is only for guests 18+. Day rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 13 years old
