Taxi service is easy to get at the cruise ship terminal; the resort is a convenient 15 minute drive from the cruise pier and the taxi fare is about $15-$20 each way. Although the cruise port is nearby, we always suggest you depart the resort 2 hours prior to your ship’s scheduled departure time. |

Purchasing your DayPasses.com shore excursion day pass is simple. Make your online purchase and your resort passes are emailed to you within the same day. Simply print your passes and bring them with you on your trip. Passes are required upon check-in at the resort. A valid Photo ID required for all guest ages 18+, and credit card holder must present a valid Passport for credit card authorization. Please note that the hotel does not accept cash payments. Balance due on arrival must be paid using a credit card. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Please be aware that American Express payments can only be processed in Mexican pesos. DayPasses.com Passes can be purchased up until the day before you are in port.
