Sip & Sea All-Inclusive Island Escape

Please note this excursion operates Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Pickup is at 12 PM; please arrive 15 minutes early at the Señor Frogs dock.

Sip & Sea on Rose Island is a laid-back private beach escape just 30 minutes from Nassau. Guests arrive by boat to enjoy white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, an open domestic bar, a traditional Bahamian lunch, and access to beach chairs and snorkeling gear, all in a relaxed, crowd-free island setting. 

Please Note: You are responsible for arriving at the pick-up location at Señor Frogs dock. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to allow for check-in.

With the Sip and Sea Pass, your adventure begins with a convenient pickup from the Senor Frogs port, from there you'll set off on a scenic boat ride to the breathtaking Rose Island, taking in stunning views along the way. Normally guests will be brought to the island by boat but if operation forces us for different reason we will use a short bus ride to our main departure point.

Day passes for the Sip and Sea are purchased online, immediately after purchase, your DayPasses.com pass opens for you to print out and bring with you. Not ready to print? You will also receive an email confirmation of your order and your passes can be accessed from there as well. Printed passes and your cruise line issued ID are required upon check-in at the resort. Each participant must sign a safety waiver before the tour to participate. Minors must have their parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. Photographs and videos may be taken of guests while on the excursion by the company’s tour guides. This content may be posted on social media for marketing purposes. If you would prefer your picture not to be taken, please let our tour guides know. All pricing includes VAT.
